1. Entering Giveaways and Choosing / Contacting Winners

Winners of giveaways will be chosen at random.

There is no cost to register or enter.

Entrants must provide a valid email address and any other specific entry information requested in the contest announcement.

Playsational is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, or emails sent but not received by Playsational for any reason, as potential winners.

Winners of all giveaways will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to enter the giveaway, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner.

Only one entry per email address, unless multiple entries are specifically allowed in the giveaway posting.

No person may enter any giveaway more than once using multiple email addresses.

Prize winners must claim their prize within seven day of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Playsational is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

2. Eligibility

All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted. Giveaways and contests are open only to legal United States residents.

Management, employees and families of Playsational are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Playsational.

3. Awarding Prizes

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.

Each prize winner must supply Playsational with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.

The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if winner fails to provide proof of identity, is found to have violated Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing.

Decisions of Playsational are final and binding in all respects.

Neither Playsational, our sponsors, nor employees of Playsational or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Playsational is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any giveaway promoted on Playsational.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Playsational may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

4. Other

Playsational assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures; or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or lost entries. Playsational reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. Playsational further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention or force of nature. In the event of cancellation, Playsational reserves the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation. The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the giveaway is prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding online entry, entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.

5. Privacy

By entering and providing the required entry information, you acknowledge that Playsational may also send you information, samples or special offers it thinks may be of interest to you about its website or other complementary goods offered by Playsational. Information collected from online entrants is subject to our online privacy policy.
